Since the announcement of The Muppets their presence has been showing up more and more in the media. They showed up at the Oscars, on SNL with Jason Segel, their own viral videos, but they’ve also been appearing in advertisements, and not for their own products. Last year they did a spot for UK’s Telecomm company Orange and now they’re helping promote Bounty Paper Towels.
I love that the Muppets are becoming relevant again, but I’m not sure how I feel about them becoming spokesmuppets. That being said, I still mostly enjoy these ads.
