Ain’t It Pretty: Robert McGinnis

This American illustrator and artist, born in 1926, is himself a pop culture idol, with his illustrations becoming icons for the James Bond movies, Barbarella, Arabesque and Breakfast at Tiffany’s. His work has also graced the covers over 1200 paperbacks, mostly in the crime noir genre but also westerns, romances, historical fiction and movie adaptions.

And like 007, more than anything, McGinnis is best known for his women.
